Her expertise spans lease negotiations and enforcement, tenant relations, city permitting, and insurance compliance — all while maintaining a strong emphasis on legal precision and professional communication. Jen regularly drafts lease amendments, estoppels, and default notices, ensuring seamless management of complex property portfolios.

Jen oversees design/build processes, vendor bid packages, and schedule execution using tools like Gantt charts and AIA standards. She is known for turning vision into reality. She also brings creative energy to brand development and marketing, crafting newsletters, digital content, and property promos that reflect a polished, community-oriented image.

David Cable is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Elite who leads Team Cable in helping buyers, sellers and relocating families throughout Florida's Space Coast. With more than a decade of local real estate experience, David assists clients with buying and selling single-family homes, condominiums and waterfront properties in Melbourne, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, Viera, Satellite Beach, Palm Bay and surrounding communities.

Christina Slate is a dedicated entrepreneur and industry leader, excelling in both business and electrical contracting. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University, Christina has over 19 years of experience in the electrical trade. She completed a rigorous four-year electrical apprenticeship, establishing herself as a formidable force in the industry.

As the owner of Peay’s Electric II, Inc. and Bolt Technologies, Inc., Christina is the qualifier/license holder for both companies, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Christina is deeply committed to her profession and community. She has served as Secretary for the Brevard Electrical Apprenticeship Program for the past ten years, advocating for trade education and supporting future electricians.

Locally, Christina is the Treasurer of the Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association, Past President and Membership & Professional Women In Building and Associates Trade Chair promoting excellence in construction practices. Her extensive experience, leadership skills, and dedication to the electrical trade have made Christina Slate a profound influence in her industry and community. At the state level, Christina holds significant roles. As FHBA Area IV Vice President, she helps shape industry policies and initiatives. She also serves as FHBA Membership Chair and as a national delegate, representing her industry peers.
